CPR

#1 Call 911, #2 Push Hard & Fast

The American Heart Association is promoting ‘Two Steps to Staying Alive‘ with Hands-Only™ CPR. According to the AHA, most people who experience cardiac arrest die because they don’t receive immediate CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation – a lifesaving technique used when someone’s breathing or heartbeat has stopped.)

The Hands-Only™ campaign is designed to alert the public that CPR can save lives and your actions can only help. Here is their “Keep the Beat” video tutorial.
